Ebi Mogharei

Mr. Ebi Mogharei has more than 30 years of experience in the Management of Manufacturing organizations, as well as consulting with C-Level executives of many companies of different sizes and specialties. He has run Operations in the fields of Injection Molding, Metal Fabrication, Braze Alloys, Ceramics Machining, Casting, Automotive Assembly, Commercial Appliance OEM, and Custom Furniture manufacturing. Ebi has extensive knowledge of Transportation, Aerospace, Healthcare, Food Preparation, and Commercial Furniture industry sectors.
Mr. Ebi Mogharei is a founding partner and the Chief Operating Officer at Get Kaizened, Inc. He consults with businesses to establish Strategic Plans, (utilizing Hoshin Kanri process) to design Management Systems (based on SPCA principles) and to implement Kaizen projects which will result in increased Productivity, and Profitability, and improved Quality, Delivery, and Safety performance.

Ebi taught classes at Stanford University, UC Berkeley, and at industrial sites such as NUMMI (CA), TISA (Indiana), TakaNichi (Japan). TBA (Kentucky), Toyota Boshoku (Canada), Injex Industries (CA) and LP Children’s Hospital (CA). Mr. Mogharei has provided training to organizations in China, Canada, Japan, Germany, and many states in the US. He is an expert trainer of Lean Production and Lean Management techniques.

Mr. Ebi Mogharei received his BSME from the University of California at Berkeley, and his MSME from San Jose State University.
